Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Portfolio Pricing & Yield, the Analyst is responsible for digital pricing and plan approval, product and audience insights, and forecasting. In this cross-functional role, the Analyst partners closely with Ad Sales, Ad Operations, and other internal stakeholders to review and approve digital plans, provide forecasts, and bring digital opportunities to market.
This role plays a key part in upfront planning cycles, with a focus on maximizing scale, profitability, and performance. The ideal candidate has experience in media sales or operations, inventory and order management systems, and a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review and approve all digital plans prior to external delivery, ensuring accurate and compliant booking structures within order management systems
• Provide inventory and revenue forecasts to support Ad Sales responses to RFPs and client requests
• Collaborate with sales teams, regional offices, digital ad sales marketing, ad operations, and other internal stakeholders to maximize scale and bring key sales opportunities to market
• Partner with the Digital Yield and Planning team to help define and implement best practices in media planning and order management systems
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 1-2 years experience in digital advertising with a strong background in Inventory/Yield Management, Ad Operations or Ad Tech
• Working knowledge of digital advertising technologies such as FreeWheel, DFP, Operative, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
• Ability to interpret trends and respond with strategic and tactical recommendations
• Strong analytical mindset, with a knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel
• Able to make actionable and informed decisions, effective communicator
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to lead and work with a diverse team

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $50,960.00 - $94,640.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
