Job Description
Your New Role

The account payable analyst will be responsible for the follow-up and correct recording of the obligation with the suppliers, as well they are accounted for in the corresponding period and that their payments are made according to the terms and in accordance with the policies of the company.

Your Role Accountabilities:
• Follow-up and correct registration of supplier invoices taking into account tax and accounting requirements.
• Approval of purchase orders of the company to verify the correct accounting record and essential supports.
• Preparation of payment proposals with the respective supports and approvals.
• Scheduling and monitoring of outgoing payments on the bank portal.
• Monthly reports for accounting closures with the detail of accounts payable
• Respond to internal and external audit requirements
• Utilizes strong analytical and problem-solving
• Be proactive about learning the business and processes
• Other tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience performing in SAP
• Advanced Excel and PC skills
• Quick learner
• Results oriented, strong attention to detail a must
• Embraces change driven by evolving business initiatives and maintains positivity when time- sensitive milestones shift
• Ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively with team members across the organization and prioritize multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster positive working relationships across the organization
