Job Description

Vox Media is looking for a Recruiter to provide full lifecycle recruiting support to the Revenue organization. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic recruiting team in support of a fast paced arm of our business. You will be responsible for driving the development of targeted recruitment strategies and partnering with leadership and hiring managers to build a world class team.

What you'll do:
• Strategically source and recruit candidates for roles in Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Creative, Revenue Operations and Insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leadership and HR Business Partners to understand hiring priorities; clearly map out hiring strategies and manage expectations throughout the process.
• Create and execute a full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Advise hiring teams and interview panels on process, interview assessments and best practices for building talent pipelines.
• Leverage internal tools, social media and your network to source a diverse talent pool.
• Work with a strong sense of urgency to fill the highest priority roles for the Revenue organization.
• Leverage recruitment metrics to provide transparency into the pipeline funnel and further define sourcing strategy.

What you'll bring:
• Successful full lifecycle recruiting experience at a fast-paced company.
• 3+ years experience recruiting top tier talent using diverse and creative sourcing methods with a focus on diversifying the candidate pipeline.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices.
• Proven success delivering customer service through relationship building and understanding of the business.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Greenhouse).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, informal team-based environment.
• Experience creating and improving upon a great candidate experience.
• Ability to sell, negotiate, and close.
• Attention to detail.

• Experience working with Greenhouse.
• Experience in both corporate and start-up environments.
