Job Description

Summary:

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President of our Sales Department by sourcing and qualifying sales leads, as well as client support. Additional tasks include following up with clients, completing orders and processing sales leads with a primary focus on Film, Television, and Broadcast markets. This employee will serve as the first point of contact with prospective clients and liaison with the sales team..


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Outbound lead generation by cold calling and emailing to potential clients in the Entertainment Industry, Educational Institutions and any Corporation with large digital libraries

· Managing and Maintain the CRM (Zoho)

· Entering new contacts, as well as details (how they came to us, birthdays, anniversaries, significant events)

· Researching industry news and trends and publishing them weekly to the Sales team

· Assist Sales Team with Bids

· Research new Sales Leads and Potential Clients and input in spreadsheet/upload to Zoho

· General Support for sales team (assist with projects, client activities as needed)

· Keeping track of monthly key client “touches” for Senior Vice President and Sales Team

· Perform other related duties as assigned or related to position

Requirements


Education and Experience:

· 2+ years of inside sales experience (cold calling, list generation)

· 2+ years of post-production or media distribution experience preferred

· Results oriented with strong attention to detail

· Experience with organizing and managing multiple priorities

· Strong ability to work unsupervised and at a fast pace

· Excellent customer service skills

· College degree preferred

Physical Demands:

· Continual computer keyboard and monitor use while sitting to perform desk-related work for extended periods of time.

· Continual use of telephone system to receive and convey information

· Occasional walking, grasping, reaching, bending, carrying, and lifting (up to 20 lbs.).

· Position may require employee to be available to work overtime, depending on the Company service requirements.

· Position may require employee to be available to work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, depending on the Company scheduling requirements

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
