Vice Media Group is looking for a passionate, highly professional Temporary HR Administrative Coordinator to join our global HR team. The Temporary HR Administrative Coordinator will serve as a point of contact to the HRBP team, answer HR-related questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate recipient. The client group for this position is the US and Canadian offices.

Responsibilities:
• General support in all day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining employee data, scheduling, tracking of invoices, maintaining project trackers and associated materials, etc.
• Partner with HR Generalists to compile employee data including reporting (as well as union reporting where applicable), and ensuring data integrity.
• Process employee changes in Workday, our HRIS system.
• Point of contact for all HR inquiries to appropriately distribute amongst the HR team for managing.
• Participate as needed in HR projects and key initiatives under the direction of senior team members, including but not limited to reorgs, needs assessments, change management efforts, regular business updates, and performance management.
• Partner with HR Generalists and members of the talent management team around onboarding and offboarding initiatives.
• Responsible for offboarding tasks such as exit letters, end of employment notifications, and working with IT and facilitates to ensure equipment has been returned.
• Liaise with COEs and HRBPs on projects and ensure clear lines of communication across other Coordinators on the teams.

You have these:
• 1 year minimum, or previous internship experience, in HR function
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Suite, G-Suite
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
