WHAT IS THE ROLE

The VOD Operations Coordinator is part of the team responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content to multiple outlets and ensuring My5's content delivery workflow operates smoothly.

The Content Solutions & Operations team looks after the end-to-end content delivery process, from the build and management of the various workflows, to the delivery of viewer-facing media. This role will be expected to support those workflows, and be across business developments as required, to aid in the long term success of the service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all content arrives on the service in a timely manner
• Update QC documents
• Troubleshoot content publication issues including version changes, title changes, missing media, content revokes, delivery queries from platforms, viewers and others
• Work across multiple CMS systems to ensure valid data and images are available
• Add images into tracking documents for Digital Picture Editors
• Attend weekly Operations meetings, providing ongoing My5-focused updates
• Check, track and troubleshoot metadata issues
• Work with the Content team identify issues with metadata and images
• Support the wider UK Digital team to ensure a high level of service
• Support and feed into the workflow improvement process
• Embrace the 'One ViacomCBS' approach and encourage collaboration and team working
• Be an ambassador for all VCNI channels, internally and externally
• Adopt and promote the ViacomCBS values and support a culture of inclusion

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• A diplomatic approach to problem management
• Demonstrable experience in operational troubleshooting, and a can-do attitude to issue resolution
• A great team player and an ambassador for on-demand TV distribution to the wider organisation
• Ability and willingness to understand and communicate technical issues
• Experience working in a digital media or broadcast environment
• Understanding of content management systems and metadata
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel
• A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
