Overview

About the project

Following the recent ViacomCBS merger, we are rolling out a new global HCM across recruitment, onboarding, employee central, performance management, learning and data & analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to build process standardisation across our numerous markets as well as looking to better align with our US market. The timeline is very results-oriented so we are looking to onboard someone as soon as possible to support our international HR team.

What is the role

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategically minded Project Manager whose main responsibility is to plan, track and support the delivery of the various objectives established across the HCM roll out project. The role will liaise with the various international partners to help define the requirements, capture the data and share back with the global implementation team. It will take an active leadership role and build an environment that fosters strong collaboration, identify issues and call out risks to meet the objectives of the roll out.

What is the role
• Lead the planning, implementation and delivery of the international roll out, including scheduling timelines and leading teams to task completion
• Handle project administration, including all documentation, prioritisation requirement, data gathering, workshops share back and reporting regularly to international leads
• Track project performance, handling risk assessments and ensuring tasks are delivered on time
• Build engaging relationships and drive strong collaboration across international teams
• Be a trusted adviser, applying HCM knowledge while demonstrating understanding of both organisational / regional needs
• Embrace the 'One ViacomCBS' approach and encourage collaboration and team working
• Be an ambassador for all VCNI markets
• Adopt and promote the ViacomCBS values and support a culture of inclusion

What skills do you need
• Strong Agile Project Management Practitioner with experience of successfully running multiple international, complex projects
• Solid ability to handle senior partners
• Ability to lead and build strong collaboration between multiple teams
• Business experience of leading change management in HCM roll out projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritise and multitask
• Self-motivated leader with excellent interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail
• Exposure to broader HR projects is a plus; e.g. job architecture and levelling.
