Coordinator Financial Operations

How you'll LEAD:

We are currently seeking a Coordinator in the Financial Operations group with the primary function of assisting with the 1099/1042 process, assisting with vendor migration for new acquisitions, and data cleansing. The ideal candidate must have prior vendor master experience, a keen eye for detail, the ability to assert UMG's Compliance Policy, answer a high volume of emails, and communicate tactfully and assertively.

How you'll CREATE:
• Receiving and recording 1099/1042 returns, determining reason for return, resolve and reissue
• Make vendor updates as needed
• Liaise with IRS
• Assist with quarterly 1099/1042 end to end testing
• Catalogue vendor documentation
• Data cleansing
• Perform special project tasks when needed

Bring your VIBE:
• Some College desired
• Excellent Excel skills, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet
• SAP, Vendor Master and Accounts Payable experience (1 – 2 years minimum)
• Investigative prowess to research queries
• Ability to work independently and as team collaborator in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Address requests and queries in a timely fashion
• Must be able to work under time constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, concise and respectful
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including business unit Executives
• Must be able to keep information confidential
• Will be self-motivated and extremely well organized
