Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - IAM with excellent organization, project management, and communication skills.

A successful candidate will bring high quality organization and be able to facilitate the delivery of projects to our tech security platforms. You should be able to work through requirements gathering, work level estimations, and be able to facilitate the integrations by partnering with business and technical teams. It is also preferred that you have experience and understanding of modern Identity & Access Management concepts and best practice.

In addition to having strong project management and analytical skills, you must be comfortable in effectively communicating with business end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a global business environment.

How you'll CREATE:
• Ability to develop technical requirements from various teams for new integrations to the Single Sign On (SSO) platform.
• Handle multiple projects/assignments simultaneously while effectively communicating to stakeholders at different levels (technical to executive).
• Plan and develop a pipeline of projects to help seed delivery forecasts throughout the project.
• Facilitate technical conversations for Azure authentication and on prem AD, as wells as Azure AD/B2B authentication for global initiatives.
• Maintain steady state operations and facilitate improvements in partnership with engineering team.
• Coordinate between infrastructure, application, and threat monitoring teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide analysis support for the Identity and Authentication team.
• Report metrics for various deliveries and assignments within your scope of work.
• Knowledge and experience with information security, Authorization and Authentication systems, infrastructure and implementation techniques is a desired component to this role.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes for areas of responsibility.

Bring your VIBE:
• 5+ years of experience as an IT business analyst
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge or experience with industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM)
• Experience with reporting tools such as Monday.com
• Experience with IAM technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, PingOne, Okta
• Familiarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
• Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills and project/program management experience
• Certifications including Microsoft Certifications, CISSP, SANS, Security+, PMP, and ITIL v3 Foundation certifications
• International experience beneficial; multiple language skills a plus
