Job Description
UMG is looking for a Coordinator to join our Global Audience Development team, who will be dedicated to supporting UMG and Label audience initiatives. They will contribute to the team's success by coordinating with various internal and external departments to help launch new and
ongoing audience programs from fan acquisition to retention. They will also assist Label facing teams with production and operational support, allowing our artists to connect and engage with their fans in meaningful ways.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle the coordination of information for many different cross-functional teams.

How you'll CREATE:
• Support day-to-day operations and planning across UMG's Global Audience Development team functions
• Orchestrate program plans from cross-divisional planning to production execution
• Shepherd the creative development process for deliverables which support audience marketing programs
• Compile and track necessary creative assets for new launches across channels (email, advertising, mobile, social)
• Manage both external and internal business relationships with vendors, clients, strategic partners, and agencies
• Performs quality assurance of email/SMS campaigns to ensure accuracy and customer experience align with campaign goals and requirements
• Support process improvement & operational change management within the Audience Development team
• Supports audience program reporting as needed

Bring your VIBE:
• 1-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience in digital marketing, artist management or an entertainment marketing agency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high quality work
• Self-accountability to follow-through with proper consistent updates to stakeholders
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google docs
• Experience using Monday.com is a major plus
• Strong interest in learning more about music industry and Consumer Marketing
• BA degree in related field preferred
