Universal Music Group is seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager – People Development and Organizational Effectiveness to join our team at Universal Music Group. The person selected will report into the Sr Director of PDOE.

How you'll CREATE:
• Create and execute learning programs
• Manage end-to-end execution of led programs & initiatives, leveraging brand positioning and key partnerships
• Develop toolkits, quick reference guides, job aids and resources to scale global programs and initiatives
• Act as project management lead, with hands-on support, as a partner for all programs to advance employee engagement through learning journeys
• Partner with other People Business Partners and other stakeholders to develop data & identify key performance indicators for deliverables
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Assess and track the success of programs to help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
• Manage and track budget for programs
• Resolve any problems and tailor programs as necessary
Bring your VIBE:
• 2 – 5 years of prior work experience in human resources, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and/or cultural awareness
• Self-starter mentality and comfort working independently
• Strong executive presence, interpersonal, and communication skills with a love of facilitation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, & ability to package and deliver programs
• Capacity to think flexibly and move quickly in a fast-growing and ever-changing environment
• Resourceful - seeks answers, solutions and alternatives when obstacles are presented
• Can work on multiple initiatives at one time
• Passionate about the intersection of culture & music
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Working knowledge of Workday LMS Preferred

$65,600 - $111,853
