Senior Associate, Cultural Insights - UTA Iq

Job Description

UTA seeks a Senior Associate to join its Cultural Insights team. This team is dedicated to uncovering consumer attitudes and behaviors and developing strategic data-driven reports to provide actionable insights for UTA's celebrity and brand clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess superb writing and editing skills, a passion for crafting narratives around numbers, and a natural curiosity for understanding the 'why.' This person will create research-driven reports about the agency's clients and their value in the marketplace, as well as help copy edit reports created by other members of the IQ department, in collaboration with the Cultural Insights team's Senior Director to whom this position reports

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Analyze data and turn it into engaging narrative-driven decks
• Edit and elevate the writing and cultural context of decks requested by Agents in order to advocate for UTA's clients and help them land new opportunities
• Serve as a thought partner to the Executive whom this position reports to; brainstorm and conduct consumer studies
• Help write, field, and analyze consumer surveys to support work for UTA's talent and brand clients
• Conduct desk research and identify culturally relevant articles to share with the IQ team
• Contribute short-form articles to IQ's quarterly trend report

What You Will Need
• 3+ years in an editorial, research, or strategy role
• Excellent writing and editing abilities
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A knack for conducting desk research, including identifying share-worthy articles, campaigns, and secondary research to help surface important industry trends
• Enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and cultural trends
