Job Description
UTA Brand Studio is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced Project Manager to join its team of strategists, designers, and brand development specialists. The role is split between project manager for brand identity projects and agency brand management. In this position you will play a leadership role in the oversight of day-to-day operations and reporting, while helping to shepherd all projects from inception through completion. You will help identify project goals, objectives, scope, and risks, and create project plans that outline deliverables, timelines, and resources. A strong and intuitive attention to detail, a nuanced sensitivity for colleague and client relationships, a proven track-record for strong communication skills with project teams and stakeholders, and a dedication to strategic process is essential for success.

In this position you will work with senior leadership across the larger agency to ensure processes are followed, timelines and deliverables are communicated, and projects are moving across groups in various corporate divisions such as Corporate Communications, HR, Foundation, IT, Legal, Data & Analytics, and Accounting to not only track necessary operations for the Brand Studio but also to deliver and manage creative deliverables for these groups. This role requires an ability to understand and navigate the complexities of a large agency environment as well as the creative processes of a design studio. You will also be responsible for overseeing and owning communications to stakeholders for projects.

Brand Studio is UTA's in-house strategist design group, helping cultural arbiters launch brands that transform popular culture. The Studio is an award-winning team of veteran designers split between New York and Los Angeles, all working in the service of UTA and its industry leading client roster of actors, athletes, musicians, products, directors, gamers, influencers to help build their brands, ventures, and initiatives with visual identity programs that drive relevance, connection and impact.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Ensure efficient and timely management of all Creative Service requests and deliverables on behalf of the agency
• Manage team resourcing, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all client venture and identity design projects
• Ensure coordinated information with key stakeholders involved in all brand identity design processes and projects with agency clients
• Manage end-of-year reporting for executive review
• Assisting in project acquisition and definition, co-write client pitch decks and SOWs

What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising strongly preferred
• 4+ years of related experience with project management in a design studio, marketing firm, ad agency, or equivalent in-house creative environment
• The ability to understand the fundamental pieces of identity development (strategic platform, brand idea, visual identity systems, implementation) including timelines and deliverables
• Mental agility and the ability to quickly understand project processes in an agency environment
• Strong communication skills
• Sound understanding of document development (Proposals, RFPs, SOWs) and basic accounting and reporting skills
• Strong project management program experience: Excel, Asana, Box, Slack
• Passion for training and education
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite and the various file formats
• Comfort to work under pressures of deadlines
• Collaborative skillsets and the ability to partner well across multiple types of working groups
• A passion for the design and entertainment industry
• Exhibits a high degree of personal drive and can pursue your own intuition when communicating with high-profile stakeholders
• Clear and concise writing proficiency that can distill complex ideas and systems into easily understood and compelling communication deliverables
