Manager, Sports & Brand Insights - Klutch Sports

Job Description

KLUTCH Sports seeks a Manager of Sports and Brand Insights who will be responsible for leading valuation projects, managing client relationships, advancing automation efforts, and refining valuation methodologies. This role supports the evaluation of general sponsorships/endorsements and conducts custom consulting projects both domestically and internationally for brands, professional sports teams, leagues, facilities, venues, events, and municipalities.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Lead valuation analyses for clients, running bottom-up and top-down methodologies to appropriately value sponsorship packages
• Complement valuation results with well-rounded benchmarking insights, prospecting, category trends, etc.
• Act as the account lead for valuation projects, managing all aspects of client engagement (e.g., kickoff meetings, analysis, check-ins, result reviews)
• Leverage previous experience to create novel, out-of-the-box sponsorship and endorsement solutions for consulting engagements
• Create data-rich and visually appealing presentations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop data-driven sales narratives and findings for clients to leverage
• Collaborate with technology partners to advance group's automation and advanced mathematics methodologies
• Monitor industry trends and seek out new ideas and best practices to enhance our capabilities

What You Will Need
• 3+ years of experience in insights, analysis, or research
• Educational background or experience in statistics, data science, data analysis, and/or consulting
• Expertise in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of the sports business industry
• Experience conducting industry research and data analysis using quantitative and qualitative tools with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adept at report presentation and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to manage an analytics team effectively
• Analytical thinker with the ability to apply logical and mathematical reasoning to complex problems
• Proven project management and administrative capabilities
