Housekeeper

Job Description

Based in Beverly Hills, UTA is seeking a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to supervise the work activities of the housekeeping personnel to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

What You Will Do:
• General office maintenance
• Wash dishes
• High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
• Stock kitchen supplies, maintain kitchens for cleanliness
• Clean machines and replace supplies
• Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures
• Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference.
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glass
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
• Creates and implements detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
• Implements monthly inspections of pantries
• Implements monthly inspections of conference rooms to detect maintenance issues
• Maintains inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis

What You Will Need:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience providing high level customer service
• Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Positive upbeat attitude
• Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
• High school degree
