Job Description
UTA seeks a Brand Sponsorships Executive to join UTA's Creators group. The ideal candidate will think creatively about market opportunities and play a key role in driving client-facing strategic growth initiatives and new business across the media, entertainment, and consumer/lifestyle sectors.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Build strong relationships with clients and agents to foster trust and confidence, serving as a creative expert during our brand process and internal brand management initiatives
• Drive partnership opportunities for creator-led campaigns across podcasts, video, social, custom content, sponsorships/events, and direct-to-brand activations
• Create a strategic plan for prospecting new leads in sponsorships, live events, and endorsements across Fortune 500 brands, media agencies, and emerging digital platforms
• Maintain a collaborative and creative approach with internal teams to develop new solutions tied to client success metrics
• Identify and cultivate relationships in digital advertising, podcast, streaming media, and creator economy communities
• Seek out partnership opportunities that resonate with audiences in sports, gaming/streaming, tech, and entertainment, pairing creators with brands to maximize impact the digital advertising, streaming media, Esports/Gaming communities
What You Will Need
• 5+ years of sponsorship, partnerships, or digital media sales experience, including creator, podcast, or content integrations
• Understanding of the creator and digital media ecosystem, including podcasts, YouTube, social, and live/IRL events, and how to package them for brands
• Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close quick-turn deals while managing longer-cycle multi-creator programs
• The ability to think creatively to identify partnership opportunities and execute against those opportunities
• Strong relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, and category buyers in sports, tech, gaming/streaming, and entertainment verticals
• A passion for creator-led media, cultural trends, and connecting brands with engaged communities
