United Talent Agency is seeking talented Corporate Attorney in our Beverly Hills office to provide a broad range of legal services, including contract review and negotiation, advising business on legal risks, and making an impact by supporting business units. This Attorney will be part of a high-functioning, collaborative team.

What You'll Do
• Contract drafting, negotiation and advisory responsibilities
• Provide strategic business and legal support on an array of issues, including risk management
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Provide support to the business on other legal matters on an as-needed basis.
• Provide legal advice regarding data privacy laws, regulations, compliance and employment law requirements
• Partner with business departments, to discuss and implement best practices and formulate new processes in connection with business needs.
• Build and maintaining relationships with internal parties and members of the organization; as well as understand the relationships and needs of external parties.
• Resolve a variety of disputes and potential claims and supervising external counsel in litigation matters.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Provide support to the business on other legal matters on an as-needed basis.
• Work closely with functional groups in all stages of acquisitions, from drafting term sheet, managing deal process, performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive documentation, closing deals to post-closing integration issues
• Assist in developing legal strategy on acquisitions
What you Need
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and California bar membership in good standing
• 6+ years of legal experience, including prior experience working in a top national or international law firm
• Prior experience in Intellectual Property (IP) a plus
• Experience drafting and negotiating Acquisitions, Marketing agreements and Distribution agreements
• Experience working independently, making decisions that have both legal and business impact, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally, think creatively and be solution-oriented
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Excellent judgment and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work, and work through projects with minimal supervision.
• Desire to partner with business executives to provide solutions.
• Strong analytic skills. Concise writing skills.
