Collections Representative

Job Description

UTA has an immediate opening for a Collections Representative. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

What You'll Do
• Monitor & review delinquent payments on a daily basis
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
• Schedule and attend meetings with agents to review collection reports
• Document each call and outcome in the system
• Interact with agents, assistants, and accounting representatives to gather relevant data
• Send out invoices upon request
• Provide timely follow-up on invoices sent

What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field is strongly preferred
• Although not required, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of the entertainment industry
• Must be experienced with Excel
• Able to prioritize assignments and multi-task in an accurate and prompt manner
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Close attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem solving & analytical skills
• Ability to work independently & adapt to a fast-changing environment
