Job Description

UTA is seeks an Associate, Content Analytics to join the agency's Content Analytics team. This role will support cutting-edge analytics work focused on the streaming and television landscape, providing insights across all types of entertainment content, including scripted and unscripted series, comedy specials, sports, news, and broadcast programming. This role will also contribute to advanced initiatives that enhance overall team effectiveness and support the design, improvement, and implementation of new processes and pioneering analytics tools.
The salary range for this role $72,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Conduct research and analytics on the television and SVOD landscape at both market and title-specific levels to generate compelling, data-driven reports on entertainment trends and content performance
• Analyze large datasets from various sources (including first-party and third-party ratings, viewership data, social media, and consumer research)
• Create materials and reports that translate data into compelling stories and narratives
• Design, maintain, and improve analytics tools to enhance team and departmental efficiency
• Own and deliver recurring reports to various stakeholder groups across the agency
• Communicate insights clearly and collaborate with internal and external partners, including agents, senior executives, and clients
What You Will Need
• 2+ years of professional experience - experience working with data or in an analytical role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business, quantitative, or analytical field
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
