Associate, Accounting Systems Integrations

Job Description

We are searching for an Associate, Accounting Systems Integration to join our fast-growing team within our corporate Accounting division at UTA. We are working to drive operational excellence for Finance, Sales and Accounting teams. What You'll Do:
• Serve as specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite as well as assist with other applications
• Provide outstanding internal support on system issues, and performance optimization
• Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions
• End user testing and validation of system enhancements
• Document requirements, design and analyze a variety of reports or queries
• Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes

What You'll Bring:
• Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite with 2+ years professional experience
• General accounting experience of at least 1-2 years
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Advanced level in Excel skills, and able to extract data to generate reports (Data analysis/analytics, joining multiple data sets)
• Familiarity with various NetSuite modules (Saved search), SQL (Databases, Queries etc.), Tableau, FileMaker
• Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner
• Fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions and inheritance
• Strong analytical, task management, and problem solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Experience working in or with accounting/finance teams
• Familiarity with financial functions and terminology (Understanding the transactions flows of AR, Revenue, and Liability)
