Accounts Payable, T&E Specialist

Job Description

UTA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the corporate Accounts Payable team in Los Angeles. The AP Specialist will be responsible for coding and processing all Travel and Expense invoices and generate expense reports for all divisions at UTA.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Process daily financial transactions including Travel & Expense submissions from all businesses and reconcile invoices while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
• Be the point person for all T&E inquires while providing strong customer service to all levels of staff including, but not limited to the agents and agent assistants
• Collaborate with General Accounting team to support the Accounts Payable cash reconciliation
• Create and manage monthly, quarterly, annual reporting for leadership
• Ensure appropriate receipts are attached and meet IRS requirements and ensure appropriate approval signatures are obtained
• Manage other projects and processes as assigned related to all areas of T&E

What You Will Need
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and T&E Processing
• Entertainment industry or Agency experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Must have strong work ethic, detail oriented, organized and reliable
• Proficient in all MS Suite (Excel, Outlook), Concur and NetSuite experience a plus
• Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adept at using and implementing new technology and applications
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of management
• Exceptional positive attitude and ability to provide high performance
