The Role and What You'll Do:
We're looking for a results-driven Recruiting Manager to join our TKO Recruiting Team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across a wide range of business functions, delivering full-cycle recruiting and search with a focus on candidate quality, speed, and exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable recruiting across both corporate and creative/production roles in a high-volume, high-performance environment. This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the Director of Recruiting. The position is on-site at UFC HQ where we are in-office 5 days per week.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for a diverse slate of roles across TKO, with a focus on UFC, including but not limited to marketing, production, creative, operations, and corporate functions.
• Assist the team with recruiting across other TKO businesses as needed – PBR, WWE, and others
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the business, talent needs, define candidate profiles, and build tailored search strategies.
• Deliver an n exceptional candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Able to successfully handle an average workload of 15-20 reqs filling 75+ positions annually
• Develop collaborative working partnerships with HRBPs and COEs
• Heavy involvement and engagement in recruiting for our Spring/Summer/Fall internship program.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives as needed.
You Have These:
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in sports and entertainment or related industry.
• Proven ability to fill a wide variety of roles quickly with a focus on quality Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High degree of ownership, proactivity, and ajility.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the sports and entertainment business!
• Experience leading early careers recruiting and programs preferred.
