Job Description

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and integrate machine learning prototypes in game engines & middleware.
• Work closely with R&D Scientists throughout prototypes creation.
• Transform proof-of-concepts and prototypes into minimum viable products.
• Work closely with game and technology teams to release production-ready solutions that meet expected quality criteria (robustness, documentation, completeness, and performance).
• Develop and maintain tools and infrastructure to facilitate research and collaboration between team members.
• Encourage standardization of processes, frameworks, libraries, and best practices in the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in games development or technology development for games.
• Previous experience in software development with a focus on machine learning.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Highly collaborative with good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Curiosity, critical thinking and solution-oriented spirit.
• Motivation to innovate in the fast-paced video game industry.
• Experience with programming in game engines and digital content creation tools (Unity, Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, MotionBuilder) is a plus.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), storage systems, distributed systems, containers (Docker), high-performance computing, or CUDA programming is a plus.
