Job Description

We're collaborating with Disney and Lucasfilm Games on a new story-driven open-world video game set in the beloved Star Wars galaxy. This is a lore we love and want to do justice with a game and story that bring both new and lifelong fans on an immersive and outstanding journey that will stay with them for years.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support our Audio and Realization teams working on the Star Wars Project. You'll play an important part in regard to planning, development processes, applying methodologies, and logistics. You'll also collaborate with our codev studios. This role will include driving communication in a diverse team across the whole project. This is a permanent position based in Malmö Sweden, with the opportunity to work partially from home according to our Flexible Workplace Policy. The role would require relocation and we provide relocation support. Please apply in English (our company language).

What you'll do

As a Project Coordinator for this position, you will report to the Associate Producer to support the Production needs of your team. You will support the Associate Producer, your team as well as team leads on a day-to-day basis by providing status updates, reviewing talent allocation and scope as well as supporting team health initiatives and events. Other tasks include but are not limited to:
• Sprint planning and sprint tracking to keep an overview of your team's workload
• Building and maintaining a healthy roadmap aligned with important project milestones
• Help your teams to resolve blockers to maintain an efficient workflow
• Taking ownership of certain aspects of production and supporting the team dedicated to these
• Ensuring that various planning tools are implemented and kept up to date
• Setting up and facilitating the flow of information and flagging potential blockers (e.g. meetings, mailing lists, Jira tasks, status reports etc.) among the team members and partner studios
• Handling the inventory and ensuring that the right equipment is available for the team (e.g. test/dev kits, computers, TVs, software, etc.)
• Ensuring that the onboarding process is systematically implemented

Besides the above we're looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
• Professional experience of Project Management and/or Project Coordination in Tech and/or Game development industries
• You have experience working in a cross-functional team
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel)
• Experience of game development tools (bug tracking, Jira, Agile tools)
• Previous experience in Narrative, Audio and/or Realization is an asset to understand the scope/staffing/velocity of the team and to spot potential issues ahead
