Job Description

Ubisoft Production HQ is the headquarter of our network of production studios and plays an essential role in the conception of our games. Closely working with the top management and our studios worldwide, our role is to support the various project teams on different topics (production processes, design, content, game direction, financial planning, human resources) in order to enable them to develop high-quality games while maintaining an editorial and strategic coherence. The Product Manager Assistant will join the Online Services teams of Ubisoft, who support games by building & managing online solutions that connect them with the players.

The Product Manager Assistant (Player Safety) will join the Player Safety department, whose mission is to reduce the risk that players will be exposed to harm, fraud, or other disruptive behaviors that are outside community guidelines, there by shaping player behavior and encouraging positive play.

THE JOB

The role of the Product Manager Assistant is to assist the Project Manager on a variety of projects that aim at strengthening Player Safety. In this context, you will interact with many stakeholders from game and support teams.
• Build and maintain a roadmap for Player Safety.
• Lead a survey initiative that targets Ubisoft players and whose goal is to assess how our players perceive disruptive behaviors and how to better address these issues.
• Help deploy a family-friendly ecosystem for our young players (protective measures, parental control)
• Track the implementation of Player Safety tool and services in Ubisoft games.
• Help building a complete risk assessment matrix to identify the main pain points on Player Safety.
• Ad hoc missions: assess the competition, perform benchmarks

Qualifications
• You follow studies that support apprenticeship, focused on general education or specialized in Project Management
• You have the will to learn, excessively curious. You know how to fail and learn from failure.
• You are versatile and you don't refrain from experiencing new ways of working.
• You are a gamer. Playing online games with high social interactions will definitely help you understand the stakes and challenges but it is not required.
• You are fluent in French and English (both languages are heavily used).
• You have great Excel skills (knowing macros and basic formulas is definitely a plus) and Powerpoint
