Job Description
We're looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our Global Publishing Finance & Analytics team. In this role, you'll drive a pricing strategy, conduct in-depth sales and market analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing decisions across Ubisoft's portfolio. You'll play a key role in maximizing revenue and player engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead pricing analysis and operations for the American market, including watch exchange rates, deciding local currency price, validation with regional teams, and ensuring price accuracy at launch.
• Analyze revenue performance and competitive pricing to shape global promotional pricing strategies for assigned brands.
• Identify growth opportunities by understanding product lifecycles, revenue goals, and digital assortment needs.
• Develop pricing recommendations using internal and external data to support lifecycle management and revenue optimization.
• Manage and maintain pricing tools and databases for new release pricing for American market territories and worldwide promotional pricing guidance for assigned brands
• Influence Executive Publishing and Sales teams with data-driven insights and strategic pricing proposals.
• Enhance pricing processes by developing new tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve pricing workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Intermediate level of experience in finance, analytics, pricing or business strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and understanding of database structures.
• Bonus technical expertise: SQL, Snowflake and Python/R for development of models and automated tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders, including international teams.
• Excellent project management skills-able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A passion for the video game industry and curiosity about market trends, publishers, and content.
