Job Description
As a Office & Travel Coordinator, you will oversee the Ubisoft Ukraine Workplace services and make the experience of our team members memorable.
You will directly report to the Workplace Manager and will back him/her during the absence. You will work in coordination with many other stakeholders like Procurement, Accounting or Communications team.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
• Act as the first contact point in studio for our team members
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all employees & guests
• Coordinate our Safe Place and Invincibility Hub in Kyiv
• Supervise cleaning care with our provider
• Supervise daily breakfast and food organization during events
• Coordinate corporate travels through our provider (local & international)
• Manage office supplies
• Creating requests for invoices payment
• Participation in budgeting and budget use control
• Follow and address employee feedback about workplace experience
• Assist with general workplace initiatives & pilots
• Provide activity report
• Posting of different information in Teams channels and on Intranet
Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• English – Fluent level is a must.
• Good knowledge of workplace soft services.
• Vendor management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools.
• Experience within the games industry is a plus.
• Driver's license with B category.
• Based in Kyiv.
