Ubisoft is seeking a Manager, Global Communications, to join the Global Corporate Communications team at Ubisoft's HQ. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Communications, and will regularly work with other members of Ubisoft's internal and external communications teams as well as subject-matter experts, spokespeople and top management across the company. The person in this role will contribute to achieving Ubisoft's business objectives and the Global Communications team's goals of safeguarding and promoting Ubisoft's reputation among media, communities, customers and the general public.

The Manager, Global Communications' responsibilities include:
• Creating relevant and timely international campaigns and strategies (integrating events, speaking opportunities, story pitches…) for internal and external audiences.
• Fielding and facilitating corporate responses to press requests from an international network of studios and business offices.
• Identifying and managing media opportunities for key speakers and top management, including media training, assisting in developing their content (speeches, presentations, etc.) and staffing their interviews.
• Advising on corporate PR strategy for game announcements, releases and content.
• Reactive and proactive communications on topics such as Tech (with a focus on Generative AI, web3, Production Technology), Player Safety, Games' corporate angles, Mobile strategy...
• Manage and coordinate transversal projects for the PR team.
• Support of other PR topics, as needed.

Qualifications

This role requires:
• Previous professional experience in a PR agency, or with corporate topics in a large group or the video game industry or the entertainment industry
• Fluency in English and French, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• A creative spirit, great curiosity, and ability and willingness to tackle tasks big and small
• A team player with a can-do attitude, results-oriented and a sense of humor
• Impeccable organization, attention to detail, time management and self-sufficiency.
