Job Description

As a Senior Global Brand Project Manager, your role is to scope and lead the execution of content transformation, primarily video, for global marketing campaigns. While not leading strategy or creative development, the role is critical in ensuring that all transformed deliverables are delivered on time, accurately and to technical specifications. You will manage internal stakeholders' deliverable needs, covering a variety of marketing specialties; media, organic, social, partnerships, etc. You will work with both internal resources and external vendors to execute content transformation. Having strong resource management and allocation skills is a must. Technical video expertise and an analytical mindset are keys to success.

Responsibilities
• Create localization and content transformation project scope, timelines, and resource plan while flagging concerns for project deadlines with stakeholders and working to resolve issues
• Drive the localization production roadmap for mastering and localization of global campaign needs including translation, subtitling, voice over, transcoding and more
• Create concise and clear project briefs for external vendors or internal teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Global Brand, Marketing Services and Marketing Asset Operations to anticipate project needs
• Be an expert in the content transformation process to internal stakeholders and advise on workflow improvements
• Maintain standardized file organization and permissions on digital asset management (DAM) tools for all files.
• Be the knowledge expert of your project(s) approved style guides, toolkits, and industry/partner standards (Age Ratings, Legal, first party, retail, etc.).
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in tools and processes within and between teams and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Experience in a marketing and/or creative environment specifically in video post-production. Entertainment experience, gaming, movies, TV, etc. is a plus.
• Deep familiarity with post-production, localization workflows and file format terminology
• Familiarity with a digital media and styles of content localization
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Clear communicator and relationship builder with external vendors as well as internal teams.
• Technical Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere), and DAMs.
• Familiarity with MS Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), JIRA, Smartsheet
• Project management experience
