Job Description
On being a Live Operations Coordinator at Ubisoft Toronto
When you're a Live Operations Coordinator at UbiTO, you're responsible for the behind-the-scenes prep and posting of the news articles, free events, and promotions that go live on our digital distribution platform, Ubisoft Connect.

As the primary point of contact for updating the platform, you plan ahead and publish on time; coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with teams across the company. You collect the information you need internally to share externally, all to ultimately connect players with content related to their favourite Ubisoft games on Ubisoft Connect.

Type of Position: Permanent, full-time.

What you'll do
• Collaborate with production and brand teams to coordinate assets and content for game packages;
• Prepare and coordinate game configurations for live event launches;
• Send out regular status reports regarding upcoming and current patch launches;
• Notify the production team of any ongoing incidents and upcoming maintenances;
• Monitor backend service dashboards and report on any unexpected behaviour;
• Track and update the content release schedule + follow up with team members to collect any information you're missing;
• Coordinate with CRM team to prepare news articles, tweak layouts and make minor edits when need be;
• Coordinate confirmations and final approvals of game configurations;
• Track and follow up with live issues being reported by the community;
• Use Ubisoft backend tools to debug and resolve user reported issues.

Qualifications

What it takes to make it
• Experience in project coordination (in web, communications, or marketing, a plus) or other relevant experience;
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;
• A collaborative spirit + customer service-oriented mindset;
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactivity: you can organize your time to plan well in advance;
• Ability to balance multiple requests, prioritize, and take initiative;
• Understanding of the video game industry + motivation to adapt to its (rapidly evolving) rhythm.
