At Ubisoft Bucharest we are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement HQ team. In this role you will be a key link between internal clients and suppliers, handling basic procurement tasks such as creating purchase orders in an ERP, sourcing suppliers, and maintaining records. Your tasks will involve placing orders for Ubisoft's French subsidiaries and other global locations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Your main mission:
• Respond to all requests from internal clients (in Peoplesoft/Ivalua, email, Teams)
• Assist internal clients to define their needs;
• Set the objectives in term of Quality – Cost – Time;
• Identify and propose solutions by participating in the sourcing process;
• Create and send requests for quotation and conduct quick negotiations with suppliers;
• Makes sure that Ubisoft approval flow has been respected before placing the order;
• Check if all contract clauses are respected (if a contract exists) when placing an order;
• Create an order (PO) in the dedicated tool (Ivalua) and send it to the supplier
• Keep the client updated all the time on the evolution of his order;
• Establish and maintain closed relationships with the buyers, the warehouse and the accounting teams;
• Participate in the follow-up of procurement indicators by providing the necessary data;
• Respect the highest ethical standards in relation with suppliers.
Qualifications
The professional value you bring:
• Knowledge of tools and processes used in Procurement or similar fields.
• MS Office Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High customer service focus.
• Knowledge of an ERP.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English. French is considered a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
