The Role

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental to the development of our studio. Your role will revolve around balancing the critical aspects of wellbeing, inclusion, and generalist HR tasks. You will play a part in embedding our HR strategy into everyday operations, offering expert guidance to internal client groups, and implementing innovative HR programmes and policies.

Not only will you be involved in our award-winning wellbeing initiatives that prioritise the physical, mental, and emotional health of our employees, you'll also be actively involved in other key HR functions including employee productivity through performance evaluations and driving engagement initiatives, career development and succession planning.

Your expertise as a HR generalist will be pivotal in mediating employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive workplace connections. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to the salary review process.

This role will see you at the forefront of a dynamic and ever evolving HR landscape, collaborating with diverse teams to provide exceptional employee support, becoming a part of an industry-leading gaming company that values innovation & creativity.

• Strong foundation of HR practices, either being CIPD qualified or actively working towards this qualification, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of essential HR principles and strategies.
• Interest in employee experience and engagement with the ability to create. meaningful interactions, enhancing employee satisfaction and nurturing a vibrant workplace culture.
• An MHFA qualification or experience of driving wellbeing initiatives.
• Experience in navigating global organizations, supporting colleagues across regions, showcasing your adaptability and understanding of diverse workplace cultures.
