About the role

As the Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate accounting support based on requirements at local and group level. As the Accounting Team is at the front-end to ensure the quality of all the financial data, the role is expected to not only be detail oriented but also be able to fulfill certain risk controlling as verification step.

What you will do

1. Company Payment
• To Align payment documents and verification based on requirement.
• To Arrange payment including E-banking, online and other methods
• To Prepare specific documents for payment related declaration

2. Reimbursement
• To Check if the reimbursement follows the policy
• To Book and arrange payment of the reimbursement

3. Bank & Cash Management
• Cash advance application process & payment
• Cash advance balance follow-up and analysis
• Daily small cash payments & cash gathering
• Cash withdrawal and inventory

4. Reporting
• Monthly cash flow forecast (weekly update)
• Cash & bank reconciliation report monthly
• Monthly pending payment review
• Monthly internal staff deduction summary
• Monthly team building report.

Qualifications

What you will bring
• Bachelor degree major of Accounting/Finance
• Excellent communication skills both in English and in Chinese
• Proficiency in usage of MS Office
• Customer-oriented, hardworking and accountable, teamwork spirit and willing to work under pressure

Nice to Have
• Relevant finance/accounting working experience in foreign enterprise
• Relevant working experience with ERP system
