HR Specialist (2-year temporary contract)

For more than ten years now, Ubisoft Sofia has been a key contributor to the Assassin's Creed franchise, taking a significant part in the development of AC Black Flag, AC Origins, and AC Valhalla. Ubisoft Sofia made its mark as a lead studio in the creation of AC Liberation, AC Rogue, and the mythological expansion of AC Origins ''The Curse of the Pharaohs''. Following this success, Ubisoft Sofia contributed as a co-dev studio to the creation of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and led the production of its second episode ''Pentagon, The Last Castle'' in 2019. The latest achievement of the teams in Sofia is the creation of the most ambitious expansion in the Assassin's Creed franchise history – AC Valhalla ''Dawn of Ragnarök'', released in March 2022. Currently the teams at Sofia are hard at work in the development of Assassin's Creed Mirage.

Job Description
Your role
As HR Specialist your functions will be related to supporting our HR Team in terms of all HR functions.
The position is a temporary replacement with 2-year temporary contract.
*Please, note that our Studio is based in Sofia and in terms of our hybrid model of work, working within the Bulgarian boundaries would be required.

ASSIST IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
With focus on job ads and job platforms & candidates
ASSIST IN THE ONBOARDING AND INDUCTION
Of the newcomers
ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN OUR HR PROJECTS
Regarding training and development, employee engagement, HR practices and policies, etc.
PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
By preparing different statistics, reports and procedures regarding personnel
SUPPORT THE HR PARTNERS
In their day-to-day activities
PARTICIPATE IN DIFFERENT STUDIO ACTIVITIES
And global projects
ACT AS A GUARDIAN OF THE COMPANY VALUES
And Ubisoft's culture
Qualifications
Your skills
EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of professional experience on a similar position
KNOWLEDGE
Strong understanding of the different aspects of HR and the HR role
Desire to learn and develop in the HR field
Proficiency in English and MS Office package
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Ability to adapt their communication style to different audiences
ABILITY TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
With both employees and management
