Job Description
Ubisoft IT is currently looking for a Communications and Awareness Security Analyst to join the Security and Risk Management team. This team's main mission is to educate employees on the security awareness program and the risks related to security through the creation of training, awareness communication, and behavior assessments. The ultimate aim is to build and foster a positive security culture.
By joining this team as a Communications and Awareness Security Analyst, you will be responsible for the awareness program and be a hands-on leader who conducts stakeholder interactions and drives the program toward successful outcomes as per the goals and key results established in the program roadmap. You will also be responsible for Awareness-related requests, and act as a coach for the Security and Risk Management department by leveraging your experience and expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development of the department's vision and strategy regarding security awareness for the fiscal year;
• Implement the objectives and key results of the Security Awareness Program at the global level;
• Assist in managing the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of our computer-based security training;
• Oversee the coordination of the communication plan & and community management related to Ubisoft Global Security Awareness with the available tools to facilitate the work;
• Coordinate all ongoing local studio efforts to ensure alignment with the global program;
• Build and maintain a communication plan for the fiscal year;
• Develop and maintain a metrics framework to effectively measure and communicate program status, as well as leverage metrics for planning and decision-making on Awareness Program activities;
• Find innovative awareness initiatives to increase our reach and meet the team's objectives.
Qualifications
• Good knowledge of security and information technology demonstrated through hands-on experience or education such as but not limited to computer security/management, SSAP, CISSP, CISA, and CISM;
• Ability to communicate the program status effectively with all levels of management;
• Ability to write clear and concise communications;
• Understand the concepts of organizational behavior, culture, and how culture impacts how people behave, learn, and interact with others.
