Job Description
The incumbent will take part in the production of the games by creating, adapting or implementing all the essential 3D Art asset elements for the success of the game.

Responsibilities:
• Creating benchmark assets of visual and technical quality, in line with the artistic direction for the game.
• Contribute to team delivery and development through quality reviews and by providing an appropriate level of mentorship to junior team members.
• Define and share best practices in your area of expertise regarding design, creation, documentation, workflows, methodologies, and tools, aiming to optimize asset quality, footprint, technical performance, and overall pipelines.
• Support your Leads with external vendors by providing briefs, reviewing work, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Identify and address communications issues to build and foster great collaborations with the different Worldwide Ubisoft Teams.
Qualifications
• Good exposure or experience in 3D Modelling (preferably in complex assets);
• Beautiful portfolio showing 3D art skills and demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity;
• Experience in working on AAA games;
• Familiarity with game development cycle.
• Ability to work in a creative and collaborative team
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
