What you'll do…
• Work with pipeline leadership on a major refactor of our data pipeline that will unlock massive improvements to content creator build times.
• Profile and optimize existing tools to ensure that they are performing as well as they can.
• Support the needs of content creators by understanding and improving their workflows.

To succeed you should have…
• 5+ years software engineering experience.

We'd love it if you also have…
• Experience in Rust or Python.
• Prior experience working on data pipelines for games.
• Experience with multithreading in C++.
• Strong optimization and debugging skills.

We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry. Not sure you meet all the qualifications? Let us decide! Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Activision Blizzard, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.
