JOB DESCRIPTION – Finance Lead - Contract Management

Location: Hollywood

Division: Ticketmaster US

Line Manager: Director

Contract Terms: 40 hours per week (full time)

THE TEAM

The contract management function of our team is to effectively capture contractual terms with our clients, validate event creation/build, verify service charge revenues, calculate, and remit settlement payments to our clients in a timely and accurate manner.

THE JOB

In this role, you will support Financial and Statistical reporting and Analysis for Ticketmaster segments; while also working directly with RFD's, CDD's to assist and resolve settlement related issues. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, asses, summarize and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate well across departments

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Provide analysis and reporting reports (BOBJ, SAP, etc)
• Review negative balances
• Work with A/R department for invoice settlement deductions
• Assist with month end close including posting standard close entries, reconciliations of accounts, and research
• Ad-hoc projects as required or as necessary
• Prepare monthly revenue share reports and work with RFD's to resolve settlement discrepancies
• Review contracts and prepare revenue recognition schedules based on contract terms

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Current knowledge or the ability to lean SAP ICM and Oracle IC
• Experience with financial contracts, revenue share calculations, and reconciliation
• 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or Ticketmaster
• College Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of basic Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
