THE R OLE :

The Data Analyst will gather and maintain metrics and data to measure the impact of all aspects of Live Nation's supplier diversity and inclusion initiatives. Reporting to the Program Manager of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion, this role requires a combination of data analysis, relationship building, and identifying
opportunities to ensure Live Nation maintains an inclusive business environment and meets its diversity commitments. The Analyst will also have opportunities to directly support the Head of Global Procurement with a variety of ongoing and ad hoc initiatives that span the full breadth of services provided by the Global Procurement team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO :
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of diverse suppliers .
• Generate reports and analyze data related to supplier diversity efforts, which may includ e spend analysis, supplier performance, and progress toward Live Nation's D&I and procurement priorities .
• Identify patterns, trends, and gaps that could inform discussions regarding future D&I initiatives and improvement opportunities by collecting, analyzing, aggregating, interpreting and reporting data from a variety of internal and external sources.
• Regularly verify and validate supplier information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Use data to develop fact-based reports on supplier diversity activity for senior leadership.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local community partners and diverse supplier advocacy groups; facilitate interaction between these organizations and Live Nation's geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Effectively represent Live Nation and Global Procurement in various settings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in outreach activities including conferences, diversity fairs, and other supplier diversity networking events to create awareness of Live Nation's supplier diversity program and potential opportunities.
• Additional duties as business needs arise .

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING :
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience required , graduate degree preferred .
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Diversity, Data Analysis, or related field.
• Knowledge of supplier diversity, strategic sourcing, and procurement functions, with experience working in a procurement role or with procurement professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to build consensus for recommendations.
• Ability to work self-directed in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and responsive – requires limited supervisory attention once
objectives are confirmed.
• A bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a rapidly changing, highly decentralized environment.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the year
