Division Representative – Los Angeles
Commission-Based | Licensed Talent Agency

The W Group – Artists & Entertainment LLC is expanding its Los Angeles presence and seeking experienced Division Representatives for the following areas:

• Film & Television
• Modeling & Commercial
• Voiceover
• Juniors (Child Talent)
• International Platforms

This is a commission-based, performance-driven opportunity within a licensed talent agency structure.

This role requires discipline, resilience, and measurable output. Talent representation is fast-paced and results-oriented. Candidates must be comfortable with follow-up, rejection, relationship building, and performance accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional industry experience (minimum 2+ years in agency, casting, production, booking, or entertainment sales)
• Working knowledge of casting platforms
• Understanding of union structure where applicable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional discretion and independent work ethic
• Existing casting, production, or brand relationships strongly preferred

Structure:
• 60-day probationary period
• Commission-based compensation
• Performance-based increases after demonstrated results
• All negotiations and final agreements executed exclusively through the agency’s licensed Talent Agent
