• Pitch Logistics & Optimization: Manage the end-to-end logistics for platform pitches, ensuring all submissions meet specific partner requirements. You will continuously develop high-level pitching skills by optimizing workflows using data and critical thinking.
• Internal Education & Best Practices: Act as a primary resource to educate internal teams on platform-specific tools (e.g., Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics, etc.), submission processes, and best practices to ensure a high level of quality across all label clients.
• Internal Communication & Relationship Building: Facilitate internal communication between commerce, marketing, and relationship teams to ensure stakeholder alignment on release goals. You will expand your internal network by nurturing relationships with peers to troubleshoot challenges.
• Release Tracking & Critical Thinking: Handle day-to-day optimization and tracking of key releases, applying practical solutions to ongoing operational challenges and identifying performance trends at the track level.
• Adaptive Operational Support: Maintain a flexible approach and adjust your working style when collaborating on different situations and team dynamics based on partner needs and changing priorities.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with the Lead to ensure pitching and data integration meet the necessary formats, contributing to the overall business by providing clean, actionable operational data.
Who you are:

• Data Fluency: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to navigate DSP back-end tools (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Studio). You must be comfortable managing large sets of weekly activity data.
• Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: A passion for how things work and a desire to refine internal processes to make them more efficient.
