JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing projects and producing various production elements for the Texas Rangers across multiple platforms including Ballpark Entertainment and other organizational departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Assist in developing visual and creative concepts for Ballpark Entertainment.
• Create content for traditional aspect ratios (16x9) as well as non-traditional extreme horizontal and vertical videoboard displays
• Work with the Manager of In-Game Production & Design to create compelling player graphics such as player motion headshots, static in-game player headshot layouts using live data and other various graphics that are player driven.
• Work with the Manager of In-Game Production & Design in creating sponsored content – inning break features, in-game activations & other sponsored elements.
• Support the organization of Rangers and Sponsor assets within the control room environment.
• Make sure that projects support the mission of Ballpark Entertainment and are completed on time and error-free – in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in maintaining digital files, including video, photos, logos, animations and static content in an organized file structure for both in office and control room systems.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in digital and/or motion graphic design, creative media production, communications, or related field.
• At least one year of game presentation - professional sports industry experience a plus.
• Proficient with Mac and PC.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience working in a 3D space – Cinema 4D or similar.
• Knowledge and Experience using Videoboard Control Room Hardware and Software (Daktronics and Ross).
• Knowledge of design elements, artistic ability, and creativity are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with other departments visually, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to be a good team member: To collaborate and work well with other Ballpark Entertainment team members in a way that contributes to our creative culture.
• Work Texas Rangers home games running live graphics, which may include evening, weekends, and holidays.
