We are now expanding our capability and hiring a Project Manager who will work together with our developers and stakeholders, managing the projects involving the tools and technologies used to create stunning effects for the games we develop.

Someone who has a strong professional work ethic, solid teamwork, communication, and as well the ability to proactively jump in and solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and investigate new project requirements, prepare project plans; assess risks and propose mitigation plan
• Identifying and clarifying the team goals; ensuring that Client and Developer's expectations are aligned
• Assigning and managing team individual tasks, tracking them on daily basis
• Managing interactions between team departments and communications both within team and between team and client
• Ensuring that project meets deadlines, delivering product of required quality and staying within allocated budget
• Conducting team meetings, providing various kinds of reporting
• Tracking individual performance results, taking part in career development plans creation
• Conducting interviews, contribute for hiring process

Qualifications
• 3+ years commercial experience in project management
• Managing various sub-teams (programmers, artists, designers, QA) in one project
• Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release), adjusting methodologies depending on the project's phase and team's size
• Experience of work with foreign clients: ability to establish collaborative relationship and a high level of trust
• Ability to tell critical from just important, work out plans, set priorities, assess risks, track tasks to completion
• Ability to manage efficiently 15+ persons teams
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in time pressure conditions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Prior experience working in game development or information technology company is required
• Prior experience with JIRA, MS Project, and MS Excel
