Servicing the Gaming industry for over a decade, Technicolor Games uses advanced technology to develop concept art, previsualization and art direction, motion capture, key frame animation, CGI assets and immersive experiences for AAA game releases.
Our team of global artists delivers highly complex animation solutions for games, working with the full scope of game engine pipelines. We have delivered over 2000 minutes of animation, 20,000 gaming assets, and 75 game releases to date.

As we strive to push the gaming market forward, we work closely with our Technicolor Creative Studios partners network not only to develop content within Games, but realize gaming brands' full IP journey, from development of Marketing assets to feature length films.

• Responsible for on-time completion of assignments
• Openness to mentor and share knowledge to peers and juniors
• Expected to actively participate in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures to further streamline the lighting pipeline
• Must interact with peers, team leads and supervisors, within or across departments, for the successful completion of tasks
• Maintain backup of appropriate files in server/version control system
• Attend necessary departmental and team meetings
• Should train juniors and freshers

Qualifications
• Lighting knowledge in real-time engine is a must (Unreal Engine, Unity or any proprietary Realtime engine)
• Experience and knowledge in material
• Fair knowledge in color theory

Key Competencies and Skills:
• Must exhibit exceptional understanding of lighting, staging and composition
• Must have good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Applicants must display excellent communication skills
• Production experience with at least one shipped game title
• Should be a good team player
• Artistic skills and photography is an advantage
• Ability to communicate well both in written and verbal form

Added Advantage:
• Traditional art skills are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of scripting and programming is a plus.
• Experience in photography and cinematography is an added advantage.
