Qualifications

Essentials & other must-have skills
• A strong understanding and a keen eye for the artistic fundamentals of Texturing.
• Should able to do smart UV as per gaming workflow.
• Should have good knowledge of texture baking process.
• Be fluent in the use of Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter. However, it would be great to have additional knowledge of Substance Designer, Quixel and marmoset.
• Should know all about PBR workflow and its principles.
• Strong knowledge of the environment and character texturing.
• Should be proficient in both realistic and stylized asset creation.

Any of the following experience is a great advantage:
• Previous experience with Games pipeline
• Various game engines such as Unity, Unreal knowledge would be a plus
• Basic painting (digital or traditional) and sketching ability is an advantage.
• Understanding on basics of modelling and sculpting.
