Our Revenue Growth team within Sales drives advertiser acquisition and retention at scale, by helping thousands of mid-market advertisers find success advertising on Spotify. The Senior Program Analyst develops, launches, tests, and scales global growth initiatives that improve advertiser outcomes. You'll identify opportunities to improve advertiser performance, develop go-to-market strategies across sales and marketing, and own growth goals. This role works collaboratively with a broad array of cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Analytics).

What You'll Do
• Strategic Program Development: evolve global marketing, sales, and service strategies to drive incremental mid-market advertiser acquisition, growth, and retention
• Insights: use data to understand customers, product behaviors, and markets to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Experimentation: lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results to validate new opportunities
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with sales, marketing, product, analytics, sales tooling, and operations teams to manage program delivery and drive incremental revenue growth.
• Performance Marketing: optimize performance marketing in paid and owned channels to acquire and retain mid-market advertisers. Identify performance metrics and design experiments.
• Sales Lead Assessment and Funneling: support assessment of leads and development of appropriate Sales and Support engagement tracks.
• Measurement and Optimization: design clear measurement strategies and success metrics in collaboration with the Analytics team to understand and optimize the impact and return on investment of each program.

Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, consulting, corporate strategy, or product/program management
• You have a track record of identifying and implementing strategies that drive growth, product adoption, and revenue
• You have a track record of strong critical thinking: answering ambiguous open-ended questions through rigorous data analysis, and developing and running experiments, and adapting to changing priorities
• You have experience using at least two of the following channels to drive business objectives: email, paid ads, content marketing, sales, support, product
• You have previous experience in, or familiarity with, the digital advertising industry
• You have a track record of influencing and driving change among partner teams (sales, marketing, analytics, product) and leadership; ideally with global teams

Where You'll Be
• This role will be based out of our New York office

The United States base range for this position is $83,465 to $119,223, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
