The Podsights team at Spotify is focused on growing the podcast and audio industry. Far too many brands try a podcast advertising campaign and churn. Or worse: they don't even try to enter the market. By providing a platform for brands to understand and scale podcast advertising, we encourage investment in podcast advertising and by proxy to Spotify and all publishers.

We are looking for an outstanding Lead Platform Success Manager to join the Podsights Revenue team. We're looking for someone with a consistent track record of developing client relationships and with knowledge in digital measurement and/or ad ops. You are results-oriented and also thrive in a team environment. Ideally, you have a passion for measurement, data, and ad tech. We want someone who loves podcasts and digital audio and is knowledgeable of the industry.

This role is not eligible for hire in Colorado, USA.
