Vice President, P&O Transformation

People & Organization (HR) is undergoing a significant technology and process transformation, optimizing our use of key HR platforms including Workday, ServiceNow and Cornerstone. This position, reporting to the SVP - Rewards & People Services, will drive this effort to ensure its success. S/he will lead the program management of P&O technology and process initiatives and play a key role in setting the strategy and roadmap for these initiatives in order to achieve long term successful results. In addition, s/he is responsible for prioritizing and aligning initiatives to the strategy, ensure stakeholder engagement, and manage communications to senior management.

Key responsibilities include:
• Will serve as a critical lead on the overall P&O transformation objectives and strategy that will enable successful transformation goals, primarily in the areas of HR technology (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow) and Service Delivery
• In partnership with IT, manage and continually enhance overall P&O Technology Roadmap and the various initiatives already in-flight and planned to ensure the achievement of Roadmap objectives.
• Oversee administrative, operational, and financial aspects of program/project performance
• Identifies and manages resourcing needs for projects and overall program
• Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize stakeholder buy-in and user adoption
• Understand P&O business strategies, challenges and priorities while understanding and collaborating with IT, Finance and other functional teams
• Lead the definition and facilitation of the governance process for P&O technology
• Manage communications of program and projects to key stakeholders, including project Steering Committees and P&O Leadership Team

Knowledge of:
• HR technology solutions, primarily Workday, ServiceNow and Cornerstone
• HRIS and HR Operations best practices
• Various project management principles and PMO practices, include agile methodology
• Change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Microsoft suite of tools (Office, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)

Skills:
• Change leader by mentoring and coaching executives, stakeholders, vendors and team members through change initiatives
• Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization.
• Strong technical and tactical skills combined with strategic vision, sound business acumen, and keen financial and analytic ability.
• Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

Qualifications:
• 10 - 15 years of experience in roles responsible for HR operational excellence, HRIS, project management, change management or related discipline.

Bachelors Degree
MBA, Masters degree preferred
