• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively partner and collaborate with cross-divisional functions and external partners
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to understand second order implications of work and probe more deeply when presented with inconsistent or interesting findings
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables with experience in agile methodologies, change management, and business partnering

• Ability to draw well-integrated conclusions and tell a cohesive story through models and presentations

• Working cross-functionally with studio and production tech to enable cross-stream tools and the ingestion and curation of studio-side asset, as required.
• Excellent written communication, oral communication, and presentation abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud skills
• Working knowledge of post-production, distribution, and/or archival workflows
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with Information Technology and Information Security teams, bringing key stakeholders together collaboratively toward DMSC vision
• Experience building highly reliable, available, and scalable data products, and continuously measure and monitor KPIs to drive improvement to the development process and run state of all products
