Job Description
As a key member of the Sourcing Innovation team, the Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with the Director of Sourcing Innovation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to architect and implement a procurement-wide customer relationship management program. This initiative aims to drive breakthrough innovation and strategic initiatives within Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) departments, optimizing stakeholder collaboration with procurement and business partners.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills alongside robust analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, high-energy, and committed to advancing the vision of the Global Sourcing and Procurement organization. Prior experience in Studio, Media, and/or Sourcing environments is required.

Responsibilities
• Customer Relationship Management: Assist in the development and alignment of the internal stakeholder CRM program with SPE leadership, delivering robust segmentation frameworks, comprehensive engagement models, and performance management toolkits.
• Collaboration: grow strong relationships within SPE business partners, facilitate regular communication and collaboration between the organization and, act as a liaison to ensure alignment and problem-solving.
• Performance Analysis: Support the creation of standardized playbooks across the categories to support customer needs and drive value. The objective is to incrementally enhance our relationships with our internal business partners to drive consistent and measurable value over time.
• Internal Alignment and Adoption: Foster a mindset shift among business leaders and potential partners that enables openness to collaboration and partnership.
• Spend Analytics: Perform spend analysis to identify trends and opportunities to drive value. Contribute to continuous data enrichment to ensure spend data is accurate and provides useful business intelligence.
• Trusted Advisor: Become knowledgeable about department functions to direct business inquiries to the proper teams. Provide support to teams within the department and internal SPE stakeholders by coordinating regular meetings for sourcing strategies, opportunities, and requirements. Proactively develop materials and agendas to maintain good meeting discipline and develop trusted relationships.
• Agile: Continuously look for ways to improve the sourcing process and leverage new ways to drive faster cycle-time, reduce touchpoints, and increase the speed at which SPE does business. Collaborate with business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive an agile process.

Qualifications
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of analytics, corporate procurement, purchasing, sourcing, stakeholder engagement or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business; MBA a plus
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including: PowerPoint, Excel (including advance Excel functions), and Microsoft Access
• Must be able to produce visually engaging reports to drive continuous improvement through measurement and monitoring of KPIs
• Must have strong research and analysis skills, leveraging data segmentation, to develop insights
• Must have experience or be willing to learn advanced data analytics (Power-BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Must have experience or be willing to learn Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in Media and Entertainment, or Technology-based industries preferred.
• Experience with Spend Analytics, and Source-to-Contract tools (e.g., Simfoni) preferred.
• Familiarity or subject matter expertise in one of more relevant sourcing categories preferred.
• The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify potential areas for sourcing.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000-$107,700. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
